Leading the security organization, the full-time Director of Security will manage the end-to-end security posture of the cloud platform and corporate environments, ensuring compliance and resilience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and execute the security strategy across Cloud Security, Application Security, SecOps, and GRC Implement compliance frameworks and maintain critical certifications in partnership with GTM and Legal Drive secure product development and enhance incident response capabilities to improve platform resilience Required qualifications 7+ years of experience leading security teams with a focus on high-scale cloud platforms 8+ years of expertise in building and securing SaaS or IaaS products with a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures Proven ability to develop and execute complex security programs balancing risk and business agility Experience fostering a remote-first culture and accountability across distributed teams Strong operational security metrics mindset with experience in improving organizational security hygiene
