We’re looking for motivated individuals who want the coaching, structure, and support to start building a productive real estate career. If you’re newly licensed or currently working toward your license, this is an opportunity to learn directly from agents who are actively producing in today’s market.
You’ll learn the daily activities that drive a real estate business, including prospecting for buyers and sellers, following up with potential clients, booking appointments, managing your pipeline, and guiding transactions from the first conversation through closing.
You’ll also have a proven daily system to follow and weekly coaching designed to help you improve your skills, stay accountable, and understand what you should be working on to move your business forward.
A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you produce, and both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is coachable, and is willing to consistently work toward building their business.
Candidates should already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+
