On slow days they help with Material Handler duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Load and unload materials on trucks, pallets, and conveyors using a combination of pallet jacks, dollies, and hand carryingIdentify damages and report shortagesInspect machinery and determine any need for repairsPerform cycle counts and keep records of inventory as neededConsolidate partial palletsComply with company policy and safety guidelinesOther miscellaneous assignments as requested.Requirements:High School DiplomaHeight and weight proportional; good physical conditionExcellent hand-eye coordinationLift cartons and totes up to 60 pounds safely above headClimb stairs and laddersAttention to detail and good time management skillsQualificationsProven experience/certification operating powered forkliftPossess high regard for safety in the workplaceMust be certified, or willing to obtain and maintain certification
