Key responsibilities Maintain effective communication with customers, loan officers, realtors, and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless loan application process Obtain and verify processing-related documentation, including employment verification, IRS transcripts, and appraisals Monitor and analyze credit reports and income documentation to ensure adherence to product and underwriting guidelines Required qualifications Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience Strong analytical and mathematical skills for evaluating loan applications and fee structures Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Adobe Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements in the mortgage industry
