This is a clinic position, not home health. Patients come to the clinic for treatment. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Contract duration is 13 weeks, with the possibility of extending to 26 weeks. Setting is outpatient rehabilitation. Patient volume typically ranges from 8 to 12 patients per day. Caseload includes general orthopedics (hips, knees, shoulders, back and neck) and occasional neuro/CVA cases. Appointment times are 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute follow-ups. The clinic uses an electronic medical record system for documentation. There are no weekend or call responsibilities. The clinic is closed on holidays. The clinic emphasizes individualized, one-on-one patient care with reasonable appointment times. This is not a high-volume therapy mill.
