Manage and oversee a large-scale farm operation covering over 15,000 acres, specializing in corn, hay, and alfalfa cultivation.
Utilize expertise in row crop cultivation and demonstrate a solid understanding of large farm operations.
Ensure efficient operation of farm equipment and promptly address maintenance requirements.
Provide strong leadership to a substantial team of full-time and seasonal employees.
